Description:

• Lead a team of system engineers to create & maintain highly automated CI/CD/CM/CT pipeline and toolset
• Enable continuous delivery of working software through automated build, deploy & test
• Active driver for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) based application development
• Work with application developers and infrastructure teams to ensure the technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure and achieve business objectives
• Support software engineering teams in the design, build, testing, maintenance and support of customer-facing products and services
• Define & implement appropriate governance & packaging of releases. Manage automated release candidate (RC)
• Synchronize releases between work streams including other dependent upstream systems
• Guide and assist with code branch integration from multiple cross-functional teams
• Work with application developers and infrastructure teams to ensure the technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure and achieve business objectives
• Assist cross-functional teams in troubleshooting integration, test, build, deployment, and environmental issues
• Support end to end integration & testing, collaborating with other application portfolio teams to ensure environment and toolsets are fit for purpose

• With bachelor's degree in computer science / Engineering or related discipline
• With at least 10 years in working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software products
• With at least 7-8 years in managing CI/CD pipelines & related environment set up
• With at least 1 year of experience in using Jenkins and Kubernetes
• Experienced in project management, PMP or PRINCE certificates is an advantage
• With experience working under Agile, Scrum and/or Lean principles and practices. Scrum master certification is welcomed
• With hands on experience in implementing agile practices broadly across a large enterprise
• With hands on experience in implementing continuous integration practices (continuous delivery, service virtualization, automated testing, etc.) with a focus on software delivery quality and process improvement utilizing tools
• With experience in the following tools:
  • Configuration management tool : Helm, Ansible and Chef
  • Application release & deployment tools: IBM Urban Code
  • Continuous testing tool: Tosca, SOAP UI, Selenium
• With experience in implementing & utilizing APM monitoring solutions is a plus
• Experienced in managing and deploying to cloud environments is a plus
• Functional knowledge and experience including but not limited to: Software Engineering practices, DevOps, project management, information security, vendor management, executive communications, and management
• Sound knowledge of ITIL, Agile and DevOps including experience of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change/Release Management
• Good communciation skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
