Responsibilities Full Set of Accounting. Prepare Month End Report, Handle Year End Audit Prepare Weekly operation report (Sales, Purchase, AR, AP…etc) Chase and monitor AR payment twice a week. Prepare cheques and checking payment documents. Prepare Voucher, Data Entry and Filing. Prepare budget , forecast & cash flow control Handle China Factory Checking (Wages, Purchase Order and Expenses…etc) Assistant to handle payroll and admin duties. Directly report to General Manager. Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements Form 5 or above. 5-10 year experience in accounting field. Experience in Manufacturing and SME Industries. Good analytical and hands-on skills with good personal attributes. Capable of handling multiple tasks, strong management skills. Independent, Initiative and responsible. Fluent in English and Putonghua. Proficiency in multi Accounting software, and experience in ERP. Excel, Words, Outlook, Windows OS, English and Chinese typing knowledge.
