Our client is A Leading International Insurance Group.

Job Purpose

Direct reporting to Head of Bancassurance HK, you will develop and implement business plans and projects to align with overall business objectives and to deliver growth and profit targets

Accountabilities

  • Initiate, develop, propose and drive the planning and execution of all bancassurance sales, service and business plans/projects in achieving the growth and profitability targets
  • Design and make use of MIS data to generate useful and analytical information/report to recommend management decision in formulating business plans and strategies
  • Joint collaboration with bank partner and other business units on new business initiatives and opportunities for the long-term strategic and sustainable growth of bancassurance channel
  • Responsible for the smooth coordination of all partnership governance and workgroup meetings which includes meeting scheduling, material preparation and follow up actions.

  • Quality, effectiveness and timeline of output/deliverables
  • Working effectiveness and relationship with key stakeholders

Academic/ professional/qualifications

  • University degree level or above
  • Professional qualifications in Insurance/ Project management are preferable

Experience & capabilities

  • Minimum 8 years related work experience in banking/insurance industry with solid experience in bancassurance partnership management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English with demonstrable experience in presentation skills to senior management
  • Detailed-minded, good organization, planning and time management skills
  • Strategic and forward looking with problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Proven financial and competitive analysis skills with hand-on experience in metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Self motivated and can work independently to drive and manage multiple, high-priority assignments to meet firm deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skill to develop good working relationships at various levels both internal and external and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
