They are the kings and queens of data science and support their customer’s strategic decision making in favour of the best possible customer experience. They have an established team in the UK and looking to grow their team in Hong Kong.
In this client facing role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering their clients’ business strategy through data. So we are looking for an expert in utilising data to answer challenging business questions and provide commercial outcomes .
Your Responsibilities: Take ownership of a number of clients (supervised by the Managing Director), lead client strategy and key meetings Set clients’ business objectives, goals and KPIs Run strategy workshops Design dashboards to report on key metrics Undertake deep-dive analysis on business questions Deliver behavioural analysis to understand user behaviour Create a digital segmentation to understand user audiences Design AB test experiences to deliver conversion improvements Define end-to-end personalisation experiences across channels based on what we know about a client’s audiences Building an attribution model to best describe the performance of a clients’ marketing channels
Your Profile: Previous experience of digital analytics – at an end-user level Broad experience of all aspects of digital, through the various stages of customer acquisition Experience of site optimisation and testing also extremely useful Working knowledge of key analytics platform such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics is a must A strong grasp of other tools such as DMPs (e.g. Tealium AudienceStream) and A/B testing tools is preferred (e.g. AB Tasty, VWO, Optimizely) Strong experience of handling data, reporting on it, and making recommendations and driving through optimisation plans. Ability to translate insights and learnings into actionable activities across technical and optimisation areas. Working knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBi and Tableau is preferred Commercial intelligence and awareness of a client’s business needs Strong technical understanding, with a desire to learn more and try new tools Exceptional communication skills – articulate, dynamic, insightful and influential
Understanding of Web Analytics is essential. In addition, some working knowledge of the following technologies will be useful: CDPs/DMPs, media (e.g. DoubleClick), customer experience analytics (e.g. MixPanel), CRM, email marketing, video and social media analytics.
