Senior Director / Managing Director

We have partnered with a fast-growing Asian Headquartered Real Estate Private Equity firm that has a successful and proven track record. They are looking to add a senior level investment professional. This “deal captain” will have responsibility for leading the Greater China acquisitions and asset management teams, formulating the investment strategy for Greater China and overseeing investment and asset management of HK/China deals.
 
This role is going to suit someone who enjoys origination, you need to have a strong rolodex and ability to unearth off-market opportunities. They operate several different vehicles including a value add/opportunistic strategy and a core plus strategy.
 
Requirements:
 

  • Degree or above with major in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience with 10 years of formal private equity real estate investment and/or or real estate banking experience.
  • You must have sophisticated knowledge of Greater China real estate equity investments, capital markets, investors, consultants, fund offerings and fund structures within the local region, specifically China.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

$275000 - $400000 per annum, Benefits: Discretionary Bonus / LTIP
