The job holder is the subject matter expert for all rewards activities globally and is accountable for supporting the Head of Performance & Rewards to lead the global performance and total rewards CoE to ensure we have the right rewards frameworks, policies and tools in place, effectively incentivise and recognise high performance to support the Company to achieve business objectives.
