Our Client is a retail chain store that provide a high quality of fresh Food & Beverage. To cope with our rapid expansion, we currently seeking for the right candidate to fill the following position.
Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform as a strategic business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers
- Formulate and implementation of HR polices, procedures and supervise all spectrums of HR services such as C & B, employee relationships, training, performance management and involved in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in H.R. Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years solid H.R. experience with at least 5 years in managerial level preferably gained from sizable corporation.
- Good PC skills such as Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint, Access and HRIS exp.
- Well versed in HKSAR Labour Ordinance & other related legislations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Experience in Retail or FMCG preferable
- Immediate available is highly appreciated
