Skills and Requirement
· Good educational level
· Minimum 3 years of specialized training in customer relations and sales experience; candidate with team management, people coaching experience will be an advantage (candidate with less experience will be considered as coffee specialist)
· Native Cantonese, proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email
· Self motivated, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
Job Descriptions
· Operate the boutique, manage all related stuff and complete the daily tasks required
· Contribute to achieve individual and boutique targets
· Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional way
· Preform excellent services to customer and drive sales
· Prepare and submit reports by excel or email
· Provide coaching for new joiner
· Ensure everything are in accordance with guidelines ... etc
Remuneration
· Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification
· Monthly 6 days off
· Up to 12 days annual leave, public holidays
· Attendance, performance bonus and sales commission will be offered
· On job training provided
