Our client is an international asset management firm, they are now seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them.

Develop and implement integrated campaign plans for key themes and products focused in fixed income and multi-assets, with key responsibility areas being the development and delivery of messaging and content requirements. If required, support the team to develop equities related content and materials. In close collaboration with other teams, create and drive an ongoing process to generate compelling investment insights, thematic content and thought leadership to support institutional and intermediary programmes and priorities. Repackage content as required to suit various communications mediums and target audience needs. Where appropriate, source and manage third party outsourcing relationships in order to deliver content across the full mix of written, video, visual, and digital mediums. Develop and refine product positioning for key strategies targeted to intermediary and institutional clients across Asia ex-Japan. Create and maintain relevant product specific marketing content and materials including brochures and presentation decks. Collaborate with global Insights and Product Marketing partners to regularly and proactively share best practises, exchange ideas and information, and coordinate global content initiatives. Use metrics to optimise effectiveness and demonstrate success of content and campaigns; monitor, share and learn from results to inform future actions.

To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder in finance, economics or communications/journalism with a minimum of  5 years' experience in a similar role or financial journalism, Solid knowledge of investment strategy types across equities, fixed income and multi-asset. Good understanding of the distribution value chain across both institutional and intermediary channels and ability to adapt content and communications to meet audience needs. Ability to clearly articulate investment themes and strategies. Ability to understand and convey key marketing messages and product positioning in various forms including social media, digital, video. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. Excellent attention to detail.
