Administrative Assistant II in the School of Biomedical Sciences(Ref.: 503020) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 7 years' relevant hands-on experience at supervisory level in the tertiary education sector. An excellent command of English and Chinese; a high level of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; strong problem-solving skills; and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. Applicants should be a good team player, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The appointee will provide administrative and secretariat support to the School, and will play a versatile role in leading junior executive and clerical staff in a wide spectrum of administrative work related to teaching and learning, and body donation programme; and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
