Description:

Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Min. 2 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage sector in banking/ property agency/ property developer preferable with proven success in mortgage sales. Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation, and underwriting guidelines are also preferable.
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Possess good network of potential alliances such as property agents or solicitor firms
High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese. Japanese speaking is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office application

To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage
Generate referral opportunities from property agencies, solicitor firms and other viable sources
