Role Purpose:

The Partnership Officer isresponsible to engage with internal and external stakeholders to realize theagreed objectives and success at key partners. A key deliverable of thisposition is to understand partners’ business, marketing objectives and deliverseamless integration with successful programme for win-win business outcome.

Atypical day in this Role: 

  • Support strategic plans and understand competitive landscape & market structureto drive win-win business outcome with partners
  • Identifyand engage suitable prospects to achieve business objectives
  • Buildand manage relationships with partners to deliver partner-based initiatives
  • Actas a project management role to ensure full and smooth implementation ofpartnership programme collaboration
  • Supportthe execution on programme planning to drive CRM journey
  • Work closely with internal departments to crosssell, leverage and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Support in delivery ofinsights and execution of plans arising from insights in key business areas

  • BachelorDegree or above in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Administration or otherrelated disciplines
  • Minimum2 years of relevant work experience in client management/business developmentroles, preferably with business negotiation experience
  • Strongcommercial, communication and interaction skills
  • Aproactive team player
  • Abilityto thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Loyaltyexperience preferred but not essential
  • Goodcommand in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficientin MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both spokenand written English and Cantonese
