Description:

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Manage the Corporate Service Provisioning to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in close liaison with corporate sales, corporate account services and other related parties
•  Lead team to perform activation and MNP activities to ensure the achievement of service standard
•  Manage and allocate resources to achieve quality customer services in a cost effective manne
•  Device pre-launch and post-launch logistic to support marketing programs and business needs
•  Collaborate with business partners to coordinate the execution of logistic flow, process change to meet business objectives
•  Enhance customer satisfaction rate through conducting in-depth reengineer operation analysis
•  Support marketing logistic planning and implementation on customized offer to corporate customers
  

•  University graduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years working experience, preferably in Telco industry with IT knowledge and background
• Energetic and well-organized person with strong analytical, interpersonal communicate skills
• Solid experience in control procedures preferred
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities
