  • Degree holder majored in marketing / business administration
  • With at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in managing e-Commerce business
  • Strong marketing acumen, project management and communication skills
  • Responsible for Online Sales strategies and deliverables of Consumer Healthcare Products via different E-Commerce market places
  • Support the development of e-commerce business best practices for the business unit
  • Partner closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Managers on campaigns development to increase traffic, recruit new users, and reward loyal customers
  • Report to the Head of Medical Affairs and support cross-border e-commerce business with scientific expertise
  • Review of promotional materials and other medical governance

  • Leading a small team and partner closely with third-party e-commerce platform and internal counterparts including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and IT departments to grow the business
  • Identify major growth opportunities and risks and deliver channel targets for traffic, sales and ROI; formulate and manage budget allocation and activities; design online strategies, tactics and action plans; negotiate profitable partnerships and offers; and collaborate with offline units to maximize revenue opportunities while upholding the corporate guidelines for the group
  • Exciting opportunity to support the continued expansion of a global brands’ e-commerce business, as part of the overall omni-channel strategy of the brand’s development in Hong Kong
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance and IT departments to grow the website traffic and member acquisition against online sales
