Our client is an international corporate bank.

• You will provide compliance advice and support to business and other functions
• Assist Head of Compliance Hong Kong in preparing and updating regulatory inventory in light of new regulatory changes, assessing regulatory development and its impacts on business
• Perform compliance testing in accordance with the Hong Kong Compliance Testing Plan and the established schedules
• Analyze the results of testing and communicate exceptions noted in testing to Head of Compliance Hong Kong
• Assist Head of Compliance Hong Kong in reviewing compliance manuals and policies to ensure the Branch’s policies are up-to-date

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant compliance or compliance testing or assurance experience from a bank
• Experience in driving and managing strategic projects and programs of work
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements from the HKMA
• Strong communication skills in fluent English and Cantonese
