  • Participate in internal audits review and/or advisory engagements 
  • Conduct IT audit over general/ application controls, network security, cybersecurity, blockchain platform operations, and apply Computer Assisted Auditing Technique (CAAT) for data verification, cyber hacking incident investigation
  • Obtain good understanding of IT infrastructure, programs, networks and database, IT security, identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
  • Perform data analyses through visualisation – graphs, charts, tables, dashboards and evaluate trends, patterns, anomalies and outliers
  • Assist in the development of visualisation templates and dashboards
  • Participate in system development, testing and enhancement projects on both web-based and client/server platforms; participate in data conversion and migration plan and strategies
  • Responsible for managing the overall project plan, providing direction on all system changes required, and ensuring deliveries are meeting scope, quality and timeline
  • Assist to provide input to management leaders on suggestions to improve client IT systems
  • Prepare accurate documentation and high quality reports
  • Maintain relationships with key client personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, processes and functions
  • Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision

  • Degree holder major in IT, preferably computer science, computer and information security, cybersecurity, finance, mathematics or related disciplines
  • At least four years of experience in either IT Audit, IT Security, system implementation (eg ERP/banking system), cybersecurity, investigation of cyber hacking incidents, etc.
  • Qualified in or Participant of either CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CEH, CISM or CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator)
  • Experience in Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, IDEA, ACL and other business intelligence and analytics tools are desirable
  • Experience in ERP system development project; experience in system analysis and design, reporting solutions and or other web application development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; including Mandarin
  • Ability to handle multi-task successfully while working independently or within a group environment 
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and willing to travel frequently
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients' expectations
