Description:

A full time Resident Engineer (RE) who can report duty immediately. The employment period is 5 months tentatively. The average normal workday is 5.5 days per week. The construction site is located at Tuen Mun near the River Trade Terminal (RTT). A contractor car is available to provide daily transport services between Tuen Mun Town and the construction site.

Responsibilities:

1.Carry out site supervision and ensure the works are carried out in accordance with Contract requirements;

3.Review contractor’s submissions;

4.Monitor the progress of the works;

5.Prepare necessary site record;

6.Perform other duties as assigned by design office.

Minimum Requirements

1.Degree holder in Civil or Structural Engineering;

2.Membership of HKIE and RPE (Civil/Structural Discipline);

3.Minimum 8 years relevant working experience including 4 years site experience on civil/building projects;

4.Candidates with previous experiences on contract administration and thorough knowledge of BD regulations and procedures will be an advantage.
