The Department

Our IT Operations, Systems Assurance and Shenzhen Technology Centre drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, system/test assurance, data centre management and valued end-user services.

The Job

You will:

  • Assist Technical Leads with the planning, implementation and support of the BAU activities for the Network Services team
  • Study the existing BAU network design, obtain requirements and arrange implementation schedule to Network and Operations teams
  • Contribute to testing, planning and conduct a migration plan for Network Technical Refreshment and Projects, such as PABX/Voice/Video, routers and switches, firewalls, ACL and other related network devices
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as required.
  • As a Project Coordinator to ensure a smooth deployment and operations

    • About You

    You should have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on work experience in Web and Network infrastructure areas; Knowledge with network security is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with the products such as CISCO, Avaya, Zoom, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Bluecoat, F5, Palo alto and Aruba
  • CISCO, Avaya, F5, or/and Aruba product certification
  • 1 to 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese, in both spoken and written

    • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
