We currently have an opportunity of Property Officer in one of our managing properties. Reporting to Property Manager, the Property Officer is responsible for supervising an on-site team of Security and Technical staff in performing day-to-day building management services of a property in Hong Kong Island.


You will be responsible for managing building operation and administration, including any duties related to building management.


We are looking for candidates with:
• Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in which 2-3 years' must be at supervisory level

• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant
