What Your Impact Will Be:

Business development:

  • Search the market insights and data for business planning
  • Support to compile and prepare the business reports, pitching materials in accordance with Licensing Manager’s direction
  • Support the licensing team to identify partners and develop the relevant categories for the brands in Hong Kong and Taiwan

    • Licensing administration

  • Handle general licensing inquiries
  • Handle data input in Licensing system (RL) of deal submission for Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Update licensee product database, price list, contact information, and contract details
  • Liaise with legal regarding all the trademark issues and unauthorized sales cases
  • Maintain and update brand materials, brand assets for Hong Kong and Taiwan

    • Marketing & retail

  • Coordinate and support the roll out of the major retail or marketing events in HK & Taiwan
  • Act as a key contact point of coordination for Toy Team in HK & Taiwan on marketing activities

    • Design approvals administration for HK / Taiwan

  • Assist to distribute the style guide to licensees
  • Arrange creative orientation meeting for licensees
  • Assist Licensing Manager to follow up with licensees regarding all design changes
  • Liaise with Product Integrity team on product approval

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Degree holder of marketing or business administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in licensing, marketing or sales
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multi tasks and demonstrate strong support
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with licensees quickly
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Proactive and able to work without close supervision
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Photoshop applications
  • Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin
