Responsibilities
  • Responsible for strategic planning of the overall marketing for the company

  • Responsible for marketing and business development, explore potential markets and customers, including online sales

  • To follow up customers’ need to achieve goals of marketing

  • To efficiently communicate, review and evaluate customer requirements and order management

  • Maintain awareness of customer needs, business development and competitive activities to ensure the marketing plan is effective and opportunities

  • Coordinate for and liaise the orders with factory to ensure the production is smooth

  • Responsible for organizing exhibitions and promotional activities

    • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above


  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing which at least 3 years in toys industry


  • Experience in Amazon and other online sales is preferred.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills


  • Branding experience is a plus


  • Well organized, self-motivated, outgoing and flexible


  • Familiar with all the international markets


  • Occasional traveling is essential


  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)


  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive
