Our client is a technology/consumer electronics company and is found in Taiwan with offices in Taipei, the United States, Canada and Japan. To cope with their international expansions, they are looking for a Marketing Manager (Engagement) to be based in Taipei HQ to drive consumer retention and engagement. about the team. You will be reporting to the CMO and Founder of the company. The team consists of a group of animal lovers and people who are innovative and enjoy smart living. You are allowed to bring your pets to the office - while you are brainstorming ideas in the meeting room, your furry companion will be making friends in the office! • Own all retention analytics to keep consumers engaged and active
• Design and implement consumers on boarding process, retention and referral campaigns
• Build marketing campaigns to recruit and identify loyal customers while improving users experience
• Partner with Business Intellgience team to develop marketing model in order to keep consumers engaged
• Closely collaborate with Product Development Team to test and deploy improvements to uses journey and experience
• Communicate regionally (America, Canada, Japan, Europe) on potential marketing campaigns for each regions
• Keep track of eDMs and paid ads on the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns and identify new areas to grow

skills & experiences required.

• 6+ years of experience in DIGITAL consumer marketing, including consumer retention and engagement; minimum 2 years of experience in consumer subscription business / CRM is a MUST
• Proficient in English and Mandarin is a MUST
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon)

• Taipei based, open to candidates outside of Taiwan. VISA will be provided, package would include housing and travel allowance
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as "Marketing Director"
