  • Responsible for company's comprehensive administrative affairs, including renewal of license, billing and expense cycles, draft company announcements, courier arrangement

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions

  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

  • Make travel arrangements for upper management 

  • Handle incoming calls, greet guests / visitors

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary 

  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering 

  • Provide administrative support for operations team

  • Assist to ad hoc tasks as required

  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 2-3 years 

  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize projects 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Well-organized, detail minded and good time management skills 

  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
