Job Responsibilities: 

• ​Acquire new buinesses and maintain client relationships through delivering surperior customer experiences;
• Execute business transactions as per company request and compile to the compliance standard;
• Handle inquiries like product enquiries, financial transactions and operations and offer professional advices;
• Implement agreed business plan to achieve pre-set sales/revenue targets;
• Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations, credit standards and so on;
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring including Global Standards, sanctions, Anti Money Laundering alerts and act as an escalation point for risk issue response;
• Engage in networking activities within our group to enhance the customer referral effectiveness and in line with compliance.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in client service, operations or sales support within financial institutions
• Excellent knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems
• Excellent knowledge in credit, sales and marketing is preferable
• Analytical, meticulous, sensitive to details and odds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and time management
• Completion of HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 certification; CFA or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in preparing financial analysis and reports
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
