Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new buinesses and maintain client relationships through delivering surperior customer experiences;
- Execute business transactions as per company request and compile to the compliance standard;
- Handle inquiries like product enquiries, financial transactions and operations and offer professional advices;
- Implement agreed business plan to achieve pre-set sales/revenue targets;
- Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations, credit standards and so on;
- Provide ongoing risk monitoring including Global Standards, sanctions, Anti Money Laundering alerts and act as an escalation point for risk issue response;
- Engage in networking activities within our group to enhance the customer referral effectiveness and in line with compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in client service, operations or sales support within financial institutions
- Excellent knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems
- Excellent knowledge in credit, sales and marketing is preferable
- Analytical, meticulous, sensitive to details and odds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and time management
- Completion of HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 certification; CFA or equivalent is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in preparing financial analysis and reports
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
