Key Responsibilities:

Brand

  • Formulate corporate brand strategy and implement plan with an aim to building and solidifying the organisation’s position as the flagship for Hong Kong’s digital tech industry
  • Devise and implement marketing campaigns that align with business strategies to promote the organisation’s public mission and to build creditability and awareness of the brand
  • Curate story and thematic angle to highlight the contributions/achievements Cyberport and its start-ups bring to the community and society at large
  • Scout and promote start-ups’ success stories and its tech solutions via various promotion means including but not limited to video interview, advertorials, online and campus display, etc.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets with a view to promote the various aspects of the public mission works spanning youth engagements, talents development, entrepreneurship supports, CEN/CIN/CTN supports to the community, etc.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, creative and video production team to drive high standard of deliverables whilst optimizing team resources by outsourcing projects to contractors as appropriate
  • To be the brand custodian and enforce the brand character, design and guidelines
  • Ensuring the brand, designs and messages meet Cyberport brand guidelines
  • Exemplify the brand proposition through creative articulation across all touch points to raise awareness and goodwill amongst target audience
  • Analyse brand positioning and stakeholder insights, and work with survey company to deliver the annual image audit report
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Liaison with agency/vendor to execute branding activities and campaigns
  • Digital Marketing

  • Formulate and implement digital marketing strategy and campaigns to drive online awareness, lead generation and engagement for the various public mission initiatives
  • Develop and implement social media plans to engage key and potential stakeholders and publicise innovative digital solutions from the Cyberport community to build favourable word of mouth
  • Manage various channels of YouTube account to promote start-ups and industry development to cement leadership position of various key clusters and to highlight Cyberport’s public mission role and contributions
  • Keep abreast of the latest development, tactics and policy of various social media channels
  • Make use of social media and web analytics to timely review the effectiveness of digital campaigns and engagement effort; and to strategise future campaigns based on the learnings/observations drawn from reports
  • Closely monitor the latest market trend and ride on the hot topics to promote the relevant initiatives and tech solutions to maximise the viral
  • Website

  • Curate the content and story angles to highlight the role and contributions of various public mission works
  • Establish the information architecture for the corporate website to promote Cyberport and its community companies
  • Create highly functional, aesthetic and user-centered website and experiences
  • Deploy SEM and SEO to boost traffic to website to drive engagement
  • Multimedia

  • Work with a team of video specialists to generate high quality video contents and maximise the viral on digital platforms
  • Work a team of designers to produce impactful and high quality visual and design for various public mission initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage quality assurance for creative and video production output
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience in corporate marketing, brand management, digital marketing, ideally from sizable organization/public bodies preferably in technology sector
  • Excellent track records in developing and implementing impactful brand/digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • A strong corporate brand advocate with excellent track records in brand building and marketing, developing and implementing impactful brand campaign and marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Strategic advisor on digital engagement and proven track record to engage target stakeholders via digital channels
  • Experienced in managing internal/external creative and video production team/vendors
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills; manage to mobilise internal and external resources and manpower effectively to turnaround multiple projects/tasks simultaneously within a short period of time
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders as partners
  • Highly flexible work style to respond to the dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Well versed in social media analytics tools, deployment of SEO and SEM, and website CMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus
  • Pro-active, open-minded, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • ​The position is on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
