Responsibilities:
- Assist in Human Resources Manager to provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions with focus on formulating & executing Recruitment & Selection, HRIS Implementation
- Ensure Human Resources policies & practices are properly implemented, e.g. new hire orientation program
- Participate in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects and company event
- · Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline; · At least 5 years’ recruitment experience in sizeable/MNC and Garment Background (must) company; · Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulation in Hong Kong, e.g. EOC ordinance, MPF ordinance · A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Prefer Mandarin); · Familiar with PC applications and Chinese Word processing;
