  • Arrange payments and perform account reconciliation

  • Record invoices / claims and payment into system

  • Review and reimburse staff and shops expenses claims

  • Liaison with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth business operation

  • Handle Import/Export shipping documents, Customs and Tradelink declaration if needed

  • Handle general office administration duties, HR duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Requirement

  • F.5 / DSE with LCCI Intermediate or equivalent qualification

  • 1 years working experience in accounting field,fresh graduate is also considered.

  • Having good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Officer applications, Chinese Input and Accounting software: Peachtree

  • Good communication, well-organized, self-motivated, willing to learn & work under pressure and overtime

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
