The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing assistance in clinic daily operation, including reception service, booking of appointments, handling patients' enquiries on site and via phone calls, and serving as cashier; (b) purchasing clinical consumable items and equipment; (c) carrying out infection control measures; (d) providing assistance for Chinese Medicine Practitioners' in acupuncture and bone-setting services; and (e) performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. Working on Saturday morning will be required.
Applicants should have/be (i) completed secondary education or above; (ii) Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, "Attained" or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skill; (iv) at least 3 years' work experience in Chinese Medicine clinics; (v) a good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (vi) proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.; (vii) good interpersonal and communication skill; (viii) good team work; and (ix) polite, honest and responsible. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for IT, English and Chinese proficiency tests.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
