Description:

• To provide analysis to understand the variances to our plan and determine the key drivers, communicating this to the Asia business 
• To help manage the budget and forecasting process 
• To support the creation and review of forecasts & business cases 
• To provide information and insights which ensure good decision making, to drive the on-going success of the business 
• Investigating M&A opportunities 
• Reviewing the structure of operations, and integrating new ways of working

Requirement:

• Experience of a consumer goods company is advantageous
• Strong business acumen and can quickly seize business opportunities
• Positive and proactive work ethic, with a ‘can-do’ and solution-orientated attitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical & influencing skills. Able to build strong relationships with partners, distributors, and customers
• Hands-on with high level of sense of urgency and accountability
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
