Responsibilities




  • Perform daily accounting duties

  • Handle invoicing, AP, AR, vouchers, general entry and filing

  • Monthly closing, such as bank reconciliation, preparing schedules for cheque transactions, petty cash

  • Handle general office administration duties, phone calls, mailing and courier, staff payroll, MPF, medical claims etc. and other ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Outdoor work occasionally

  • Report to Manager



  •  Requirements




  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting field and general administration

  • Knowledge of ERP system & L/C documents is an advantage

  • Familiar with PC operations, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing & accounting system

  • Mature, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and attentive to details

  • Good command in both spoken & written in English & Chinese

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • To be a good team player and positive working attitude
