  • Exploring new business opportunities (Major Market at Design / Fit-out works)

  • Marketing and selling of our service to potential clients

  • Taking the lead for new project development

  • Identifying opportunities, strengthening and managing relationships with new and existing customers plus handling renewals

  • Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals

  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • 3-5 years of successful sales and marketing experience. 

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline

  • Experience in preparation of marketing and communication materials including e-newsletter, presentation slides and project pictures preferable

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts

  • Fluency in English & Cantonese a must; fluency in Mandarin preferred

  • Native English speakers would be an advantage

  • Energetic, social, and outgoing

  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously

  • Able to negotiate with decision-makers

  • Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills

  • Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks

  • Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries

  • Need to Travel China
