Our client, one of the leading IT&T service providers in Hong Kong, is looking for an Assistant Training & Development Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement and evaluate appropriate learning & development solutions to support staff development strategies as well as the business growth
  • Identify training & development needs with the business leaders & designing proper training programs
  • Ensure business needs are met by conducting T&D analysis & monitoring the training effectiveness
  • Manage the Graduate Trainee program & provide necessary support to the trainees
  • Handle ad-hoc projects related to learning & development
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Training & Development; preferably gained in IT&T industry
  • Self-driven, energetic, proactive, innovative and a quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
