Project Management Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Management Office Lead to manage the Core Banking System replacement project solution design phase
  • Coordinate with multiple Project Management Office organizations from Vendors and Head Office
  • Keep track on progress of project tasks and collect status from work stream Leads
  • Monitor project risks / issues/ dependencies
  • Assist to produce status report for various stakeholders including Senior Management
  • Manage internal communications between Departments/Teams
  • Assist in project admin tasks (e.g. collecting timesheet from Vendors, arranging meeting logistics, etc)
  • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Experiences in project management,
  • Familiar with producing professional power point presentation deck
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of handling dynamic working environment and multi-tasking
  • Experience of using JIRA is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Cantonese
