Distribution Training Officer (IANG Welcome) (HK$20K - 40K) (Ref. No. : 23801)

Our client, a Chinese based insurance company is now urgently looking for Training Officer to join their team.

Job Duties

• Deliver IIQE, Product Training, New Agent Training, Sales Management Training for experienced agents, etc.
• Responsible for course materials design and preparation.
• Conduct TNA and course evaluations.
• To keep the training content and training methodologies updated so as to maintain high quality of training for sales channels.
• Perform program design and delivery in order to meet the Company's business goal.
• Deliver special programs such as operation training, product, regulation training, etc.

Job Requirements

• University degree of any discipline.
• FLMI, IIQAS and insurance qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years in sales or agency training in life insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and creative with strong senses of responsibility.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Good computer skills including Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Assistant Manager.
