What efforts you need to make for this role?

Arrange daily customer orders into set routes and arrange delivery with couriers

Follow up with shops on order related issues

Coordinate with suppliers on stock replenishment

Prepare sales and order fulfillment reports

Answer customers' inquiries

Form 5 / DSE above with 1-2 years working experience

Pleasant, positive and willing to work as a team

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

Good communication skill and customer service skill

Able to work under pressure

Shift hours: any 8 hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Work 5 days a week

Shift duty is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
