Job Description:

Your role

  • Report to Head of HKT Financial Services
  • Provide full range of administrative support to Business Head and functional teams
  • Manage daily schedule and business appointments
  • Handle on-boarding logistics of new joiners, scheduling, travel arrangement, leave administration and day-to-day activity coordination etc.
  • Create and maintain system records and keep a proper filing of project and/or departmental documentation
  • Monitor and keep update of any software/ hardware inventory for internal and external projects
  • Assist to monitor project budget, status tracking/ reporting, initiate and issue purchase request, manage invoices etc.
  • Prepare monthly departmental management activity reports Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Requirements:

    To succeed in this role

  • High diploma with 5 years of experience in administration or secretarial support
  • Previous experience in MNCs and/ or international exposure would be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office application such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic
  • Detail-minded, multi-tasking, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English
