Description:

• Perform full set of daily settlement operations of HK stock, have experience in settlement of US stock is preferable
• Handle daily clients' fund/securities deposit/withdrawal, corporate actions, SI/ISI, nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO, placement, etc
• Handle day-begin and day-end with settlement system
• Perform new account opening with settlement system
• Ensure trade processing, clearing and settlement activities processed timely and accurately
• Handle CCASS operations
• Liaise with brokers, in-house colleagues to follow up any settlement issues
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required Requirements:
• Form 5 or above with minimum 3-year relevant working experience
• Familiar with CCASS and internal settlement systems
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
