Job Summary

We now have opportunities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join AECOM where you will be seconded out on site to the Hong Kong Airport Authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the submitted Overtime records and compute the quantum of the resources deployed,

  • Verify the Contractor’s submitted (including sub-contractor/suppliers of the relevant trades) quotation,

  • Send queries to and clarify with the Contractor for any questionable records and quotations,

  • Carry out financial audit to the staff’s salaries at the Contractor’s head office,

  • Analysis and valuing the Contractor’s (including sub-contractor/suppliers of the relevant trades) quotation of the overtime cost and expense of the additional resources deployed,

  • Post Contract Stage Support.

    • Minimum Requirements

    The Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall be:

  • A holder of a Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost management,

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.

    • The Quantity Surveyor shall be:

  • A holder of a Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost management,

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years relevant working experience.

    • A competitive salary with a 5-day work week will be offered with the opportunity to jump straight onto a live project at the Hong Kong Airport. This appointment will be made on a renewable contract basis.
