Working Shift Hours:

  • Coverage hour: Monday to Friday 06:30 to 19:00
  • Roster: 8 working hour shift defined by team manager within coverage hour above
  • Occasional non-office hours (night & weekend) over time work requires
  • Holiday & extreme weather onsite coverage requires (Team rotation)

    • Salary: 20-25k

    Support Business Unit:

    May assigned to focus on either one below

  • Trade Floor: Equity / Fixed income / Currency / Commodities, etc.
  • Advisory: Investment banking / Capital Market Group / Research Analyst / Wealth Management / Investment Management / Firm Management (VIP), etc.
  • Back Office: Operations / HR / Legal / Compliance / IT / Administration, etc.

    • Description:

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs – both software and hardware
  • Physically set up computers and software system installation
  • Perform basic hardware moves and changes
  • Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
  • Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays.
  • Provide other IT-related support as required by the business (Holiday, off-hour and BCP Support)
  • Test applications as required by the business before rollout
  • Documentation of products and processes

    • LANGUAGE

  • English: Advanced Level - strong verbal, written, listening communication experience

    • EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 5 years of IT support experience
  • Experience in delivering Superior Customer Service experience preferably with the trading floor/banking support of investment banks including real-time market data support is an advantage
  • Good Working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of Intel based PC hardware/peripherals
  • Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
  • Project execution exposure
