We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Look after the QS team and take lead of residential development projects;
Assist the project team with tendering & budgeting;
Coordinate closely with internal & external parties.

Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, must be a member of HKIS/ RICS (or equivalent);
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in developers for residential projects;
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
