Corporate Development Manager

We are currently working with a Hong Kong headquartered multinational that has several very successful business lines. They are looking to add a Corporate Development Manager where you would be responsible for strategic decisions to grow and restructure their businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and/or achieve organizational excellence.
 
Responsibilities
  • Participate from generation to execution of business strategy and initiatives.:
  • Develop and review the viability of the business opportunities and then coordinate with the relevant colleagues to align on the business case/plan
  • Build business & financial models to substantiate the business plan and expected investment return
  • Manage the execution process through coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to Business Lines to develop proper post-transaction integration plan
  • Screen and assess real estate related investment opportunities and assist in execution
  • Providing supports to Group Management in business performance reporting, market research and related company/executives speeches or presentations

    Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines, MBA and/or CFA qualification will be an advantage
  • 5-7 years working experience with good understanding of China market, strong business acumen and solid experiences and knowledge in consulting, in-house corporate development and/or real estate investment
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to perform financial modelling and financial analysis with a keen eye for detail
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player with career aspirations to move into general management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in in English and Chinese
