Job Duties

• As part of the Greater China Regional Institutional Sales team in Hong Kong Office 
• Provide comprehensive institutional sales and business development support by working with senior institutional sales in HK and china
• Provide timely and quality solutions for institutional clients including client on-boarding to portfolio related issues 
• Identify Cross selling opportunities 
• Cultivate sound clients’ relationship
• Support client on-boarding, portfolio review; customization of pitching materials by working closely with investment managers, product specialists, RFP/marcom professionals

Requirements

• Well qualified graduate in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines, FRM/CFA candidate is highly preferred 
• 3 years+ of relevant sales/client service experience earned from int’l asset management/financial institutions
• Passionate to pursue FO asset management industry 
• Profound understanding of investment portfolio management is highly desirable
• Motivated, flexible, driven and positive team player with seasoned communication skill
• Fluent command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Global Institutional & Retail Asset Manager
• Oversight Front to Back Office Investment Control 

Oversight the timely/accurate trade orders input/execution, monitoring of liquidity/cashflow, investment compliance/restrictions by working closely with internal support functions across L&C, Back Office operations, Sales/Business Development teams & externally with custodian/brokers

Ensure the fulfilment of liquidity, investment compliance and regulatory & risk control through continuous monitoring of portfolio transaction 

• Active participation in new markets/product related initiatives in addition to global operating projects

• Accountable for providing end to end investment and financial due diligence 
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis 
• Expansion Headcount for the Regional Hub

• Report to Regional Head of Business Development & Sales 
• Accountable for managing institutional clients and identifying new business development opportunities
• Cultivate sound clients’ relationship by proactively attending clients’ pitch and meetings
• As part of the global investment compliance function
• Responsible for pre/post trade monitoring with extensive usage of Bloomberg; coding of investment restrictions to conducting compliance testing to ensure best execution/trade allocation and soft dollars processes
• Provide investment compliance advisory to Business and Portfolio Managers on any new product initiatives and any regulatory changes
• AP/Greater China Equity Investment Research
