Credit Control Executive

The job: Managing customers' credit control and collection. Make telephone calls to our customers for collecting overdue payment Perform daily Credit activities such as coordinating with related parties to resolve Credit and billing issues Maintain daily collection records, prepare tailor-made collection reports and able to work with all levels to formulate collection plans.
Diploma holder or above with at least 3-4 years of experience in credit or accounting field with customer interface exposure Good communication, telephone handling, interpersonal and problem solving skills Responsible, self-initiated , able to work independently and under pressure Proficient in PC operation, especially in MS Excel and with typing speed at 40 wpm Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
