Employee Engagement job for a Financial Institution to lead implement all employee engagement initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a Large Financial Institution and they are currently going through some exciting changes. With this they are looking for a Head of Employee Engagement and Communications to join their dynamic and energetic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Chief HR Officer. You will be responsible to lead and deliver exceptional employee experience through different channels including but not limited to staff activities, internal communications, employee programmes as well as culture and conduct. Your focus will be around managing companywide employee engagement plan and strategy, develop and implement CSR initiatives, promote companywide employee communications and build brand pride through online employee portals as well as lead and design staff engagement survey. As a specialist leader, you will also build a collaborative team and foster team spirit by leading team building initiatives, create platforms to facilitate internal communications to increase employee engagement and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets for all staff activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Over 15 years of experience in employee engagement in financial services or large MNCs
• Knowledge and experience in developing staff engagement & recognition activities in financial and professional industry
• Ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
• Solid knowledge and understanding in programme management
• Ability to work at a high level of autonomy to manage multiple on-going employee programmes
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English including written, verbal presentation and interpersonal skills
