Our client is a leading investment company with business across the globe. To cope with their business growth, they are currently hiring a receptionist to perform excellent customer services.

• Answering and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
• Assistant general administrative support
• Meeting, greeting and accommodating clients and guests
• Managing distribution of incoming and outgoing mails and packages
• Organise conference and meeting rooms booking
• Handle ad-hoc office work as required

• 2 years relevant experience as a receptionist or admin assistant, preferably with financial services exposure
• Responsible, cheerful and good team player with willing to learn attitude
• Speaks fluent English and Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent telephone manner, communication and customer service skills
