Accountabilities and Activities

  • Handle sales leads referred by Partners, identify and convert the prospects into business
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate the sales, enrolment process, follow up outstanding documents and answer enquiries
  • Involve in different marketing campaigns to promote Bupa’s products and services
  • Provide customer-centric services for clients on company growth
  • Handle sales enquiries and provide quality service to meet clients’ needs and expectations
  • Actively develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients
  • Input prospect profile and sales activities information in sales platform
  • Update log sheet and sales reports
  • Collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development
  • To be considered for this role, you should ideally have

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • General Insurance with IIQE (Paper I & II) qualification preferred
  • With 1 year or more related experience (insurance field would be an advantage)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, telephone and presentation skills
  • Possess good communication skills both verbal and written as well as problem solving skills
  • Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, driven individuals with an interest in the healthcare sector
  • Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
  • Highly customer focussed
