Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site daily support services on hardware, software and network for all assigned projects Provide administration support over LAN, WAN, Active Directory, DNS and application servers Perform system backup and recovery, routine monitoring, health check, performance tuning and troubleshooting on the network, server and application issues Conduct regular inventory, technical documentation and operational procedures update Coordinate with vendors and global IT team members on projects Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements Diploma holder in Computer / Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines A minimum of 4 years IT support experience & solid windows administration, implementation and support experience Good communication, proactive and independent working style, demonstrating ownership and responsibility in all assignments Solid experience in managing Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, Active Directory, MS Exchange, SharePoint, VMWare, and monitoring tools Familiar with Windows XP / 7 / 10, Windows Server 2008/2012, and Linux platform Knowledge in HTML, MDM, PowerShell scripting will be a plus Willing to work overtime in meeting tight deadline
