Workforce Analyst – Health & Beauty / Food

The Job

  • Own North Asia models, being responsible of maintaining and updating the models to provide our stores with the right labour / Workforce Requirements insights
  • Collect and complete data analysis on business data sets and manage new work value studies
  • Creating reports and presentations, and communicating in an appropriate manner to the various business stakeholders
  • Building tools to automate data collection and generate insights on workforce planning
  • Searching through large data sets to deliver optimal demand-based workforce planning
  • Correlating similar data to find actionable results

The Person

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistic or related disciplines, preferably knowledge in enterprise data analytics and data mining
  • 1-3 years of business analysis experience with a proactive learning attitude
  • Fresh graduate with internship experience in similar function will also be considered
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Preferable knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python and R
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience with common data science toolkits and working knowledge of statistics
  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
  • Familiarity with data management tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
