• Deliver a warm and caring customer experience journey to our customers
• Handle incoming customer service inquiries and provide immediate customer support through various online/offline channels such as instant chat, email, text messaging, phone calls and F2F counter service
• Build an emotional connection with customer and concern with one-to-one customer interaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent service quality beyond customer expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in Business related disciplines
• Team player who are considerate, proactive, with good services attitude and sound communication skills
• With knowledge of investment related products, or even with Professional qualification in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1 & 3 will be an advantage, but NOT a must
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Executive
