The Job

  • Retrieve necessary information across teams
  • Support cross-country team goals and objectives with data analysis
  • Prepare documentation to internal stakeholders and vendors, not limited to IT procurement processing, project administration support etc.
  • Follow up team outstanding tasks 
  • Conduct operating process diagnosis using various research and analytical tools including staff interviews, meetings, data consolidation and process/ value stream mapping
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior

    • The Person

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Management or other quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year' work experience in IT administration
  • Hands-on experience with project or event scheduling and tasks coordination
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skill
  • Self-initiative, positive and work with passion and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet the defined schedule/deadline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
